Graphic Designer

Are you a creative and passionate Graphic Designer looking for a new challenge in the world of e-commerce fashion? Hailey Brooklyn is looking for a talented designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand designs for our website, marketing materials, and social channels.

Responsibilities

  • Design clean, considered graphics for our website, including banners, product imagery, and editorial visuals.
  • Create marketing assets across channels — email campaigns, paid social, and digital advertising.
  • Enhance the customer experience through thoughtful design that strengthens our brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and translate them into work that resonates with our audience.
  • Maintain consistency of our visual identity and ensure every output adheres to our brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an e-commerce or fashion environment.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools (Figma a plus).
  • A refined sense of aesthetics, typography, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A portfolio with examples of recent design work.

Retail Sales Associate

Do you have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail? Do you want to work in a beautiful, intentional environment where you can advise customers and help them find pieces they’ll wear for years? Hailey Brooklyn is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our boutique team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and offer personal, knowledgeable advice on fit, fabric, and style.
  • Help customers choose the right size and silhouette, so every shopper leaves satisfied.
  • Maintain the visual presentation of the store, keeping every rack and display considered.
  • Support daily store operations — restocking, managing the register, opening and closing.
  • Answer customer inquiries with care, both in-store and by phone or email.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle space.
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, helpful presence.
  • A real passion for fashion and a sense of timeless style.
  • The ability to give tailored advice and create a memorable shopping experience.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including some weekends.
