Refund policy

At Hailey Brooklyn we do everything to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you want to return a product. In this document we clearly explain our return policy.

Return Conditions

• You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
• Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense, including international shipping costs.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
• Trying on is allowed, but wearing is not.
• Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of (partially) returning is not allowed.

Return Process

1. Register your return via info@haileybrooklyn.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. You will receive the return address of our supplier from us (located in China).
3. You return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.
4. We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refund

After receiving the item at the return address and approval of the product's condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
• Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours after the order.
